How to install wll driver for Huawei ETS2288 in windows 7, 8 and windows 8.1 64 bit.

Hi friends you know I am a dial up internet connection user as my previous post.  I am using bsnl cdma wll internet connection last 5 years. Once upon a time my OS is xp 32bit and all Huawei ets2288 drivers supported smoothly because bsnl officially provide xp 32 bit supported driver.

When I am jumping with windows 7 32 bit drivers supported but using a little trick. Anyway at last when I am sifting windows 8.1 64  bit I am facing a lot of problems about driver install. I am googling it and at last I found a solution for it.

Hare is a tutorial how to install wll driver for Huawei ETS2288 in windows 7, 8 and windows 8.1 64 bit.(tested by me in windows 8 enterprise 64bit and windows 8.1 enterprise 64 bit)

Step 1 – At fast plug in your USB cable to your USB port.

Step 2 – Then open your device manager and locate tusb3410 boot device that has yellow signal or som6hing like as shown picture given below.

Step – 3 Then right click on tusb3410 boot device and click update driver software. Then click browse my computer for driver software as the picture given below

Step 4 - Then click browse and navigate your driver folder  which link is below,

Step 5 – After navigates the file select it and click open as the picture given below.

Then click  lets me pick from a list of device drivers of my computer and select modem and click next.

Step 6 – Then click have disk and farther navigate your driver files and click open and then click ok.

Step 7 – Next select tusb3410 device and click next as the picture given below.

Step 8 – After step 8 you have done successfully install the driver for Huawei ETS2288. Now we are installing  Huawei ETS2288 modem on 64 bits from this step. Click Action menu on device manager then click add legacy hardware, then click next , then mark the check box “install the hardware that I manually select from a list “then click next , then chose modem select it and click next. Then check the box “don`t detect my modem, I will select from a list” then click next.

Step 9 – Then click have disk and click browse navigate your modem Inf file which link is given below - link

Select it and click open then click ok, as the picture given below 

Step 10 – Then select the modem and click next as the picture given below

Step 11 – After selecting the com3 port and click next picture given below 

Step 12 – Then click finish as the picture given below 

Step 13 – We have done modem instal. Then create a dial up connection and enjoy the internet.
