After a lot of searching by google at last I find useful tricks for download latest google drive offline installer from the direct link.

So, how to do it,

At first you need to know what is the latest version of google drive. You will get it by google search from sites like filehippo , filehorse etc.

After that enter this link in your browser address bar and replace x with latest version of google drive number

 https://dl.google.com/dl/edgedl/drive/x/gsync.msi


 like this https://dl.google.com/dl/edgedl/drive/1.16.7009.9618/gsync.msi then press enter and your download will start.

 that`s it.
