6.open cmd  run as admin
type regsvr32 actxprxy.dll - enter

7.open cmd  run as admin

B.netsh int tcp show global - enter

C.netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled - enter

D. netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

Note: To restore TCP autotuning feature type the following command at Command Prompt:

netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal

again
netsh int tcp show global -enter

NOTE: for go back to your normal config open cmd type netsh int tcp reset then Enter, done.

8.open cmd run as admin
type ipconfig - enter
ipconfig  /flushDNS - enter


Then
Netsh int ip reset c:\Resetog.txt  - enter


9.  Go to device manager >  network adapters > expand it > select your network adapter and right click on it, then go to power management tab and uncheck box like below picture -

open phone and modem -
select your modem goto properties
